Offerlytics aggregates, standardizes, and models publicly accessible governmental and research datasets, including Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD) tax rolls, City of Austin GIS geospatial layers, FEMA flood hazard mapping, Austin Code Department building permits, and monthly Realtor.com® research datasets. Public real estate record disclosures do not constitute confidential personal information.
